You will need
2 cups of unsalted nuts ( I like to mix cashew and almond)
A blender
In a flat over dish, spread the nuts out and roast them at 150 degrees for about 10minutes. This helps release the natural oils and adds a yummy toasty flavour!
Transfer the nuts to the blender and blitz for 5minutes, check the texture. If too thick, add some water (tiny bits) and blitz until it reaches the texture you prefer!
I like smooth! My family likes crunchy, ugh! hahah
