No bake energy balls

½ cup walnuts, ½ cup almonds, 1 cup medjool dates or normal dates soaked in rooibos tea until soft, 1/3 cup + 2 tsp cocoa, ½ cup shredded coconut, pinch Himalayan salt.

 

Grind walnuts and almonds together until a dough forms, img_4246 add a little bit of rooibos tea if it doesn’t form a dough!

add all the rest of the ingredients until smooth dough forms. img_4252img_4253

Roll into balls and dip in shredded coconut.img_4255

Place in fridge for at least 6hrs.
