½ cup walnuts, ½ cup almonds, 1 cup medjool dates or normal dates soaked in rooibos tea until soft, 1/3 cup + 2 tsp cocoa, ½ cup shredded coconut, pinch Himalayan salt.
Grind walnuts and almonds together until a dough forms, add a little bit of rooibos tea if it doesn’t form a dough!
add all the rest of the ingredients until smooth dough forms.
Roll into balls and dip in shredded coconut.
Place in fridge for at least 6hrs.
