GARDEN GIFTS

It tickles me to walk into a garden, pick my lunch, rinse the dirt off, and gobble it up.

It tickles me to watch my kids walk into a garden to pick medicine for a cut, or a cough, or make a poultice for a wounded animal.

Garden gifts.

It puts a huge smile on my face, these gifts of abundance, and a deep down gratitude for the knowledge we can use to incorporate these gifts into our day to day!

Food is medicine. Let it heal.
