Baie,baie dankie vir hierdie afgelope 8 weke wat ek saam met jou gestap (partykeer gehardloop het).  Jy bly steeds vir my ‘n groot inspirasie.  Ek het ‘n groot “shift” in my kop gemaak en dinge het begin gebeur.  Vir die eerste keer is ek gemotiveer om te oefen en die regte kosse te eet.  Soos jy gesien het met my mates, het ek definitief verloor.  Nie so vinnig of soveel as wat ek wou nie, maar daar het ‘n verandering in my lyf gebeur.
Ek hou van die manier wat jy jou spyskaart saamstel en dit maak dit vir my maklik om daarmee vol te hou.  Ek gaan sommer nou dadelik weer aan.  Maar ek voel positief, omdat ek my lewe weer begin regruk het, danksy jou!
My favourite meals:
*  Brown rice cake with tuna, avo, beans and sprouts
*  Grapefruit with cottage cheese and pumpkin seeds
*  Berry power yogurt
*  Fake mac & cheese
*  Yogurt, cinnamon and cranberries
*  Veg “muffin”
*  Cloud bread hamburgers
*  Zucchini chips
*  Flapjacks
*  Cauliflower and quinoa bake
*  Cauliflower cheese fingers
*  Spinach quinoa patties
*  Mini meatloaf
Dankie ook vir die oefenprogram.  Ek het as BAIE onfiks begin, maar is darem nou op pad.  Ek is elke keer verstom oor hoe vinning mens weer sterker word!
Party dae was moeiliker as ander.  Maar ek het gedoen wat ek kon en weet, as ek daarmee aanhou, gaan ek definitief die resultate sien.
